Baldwin Hardware Tubular handlesets - On this page is illustrated every Baldwin "tubular" front entry set currently in production EXCEPT the Tahoe collection which are found on their own page. Every handleset shown here uses standard 2 1/8" holes, with a center to center dimension of 5.5". This is the industry standard hole prep when a door is prebored.

Baldwin now manufacturers many styles of "tubular" handlesets. A "tubular" handleset means these sets are for use in prebored doors, that is doors that have the standard two holes (2 1/8" holes) that are 5.5" apart center to center.

The three handlesets pictured below (Soho, Ashton and Landon) are "two point" locks. This means they have a locking thumbpiece AND deadbolt. All others below them do not lock in the thumbpiece, they just have deadbolts.

All of the entrance handlesets show below use conventional 2 1/8" hole prep in the door, these are NOT mortise locks. Any design shown that has a one piece plate on the outside or both sides must have a 5.5" center to center between the two 2 1/8" holes.
